Paw Prints is creating a unique, custom butler shoe. We are using the Nike Court Vision as the base shoe, and using leather paint, special laces, and our design to make it uniquely Butler. The original plan to cut and paste cloth decals onto the shoe was changed to leather paint due to cost and qualitative customer feedback. The shoe will be painted a dark blue similar to the Butler blue. As for the words "GO DAWGS", Paw Prints is going to be creating a stencil to paint over, in order to keep the lines clean and uniform. In addition to both of these the team came up with the idea to change out the stark white shoe laces for gray to fully adhere to the Butler University color scheme.
